No one likes to convert the agricultural lands into fish ponds.  It not only leads to more food crisis, but also increases the environmental pollution.  

The fertile land is misused in this process. Both the natural ecosystem and natural habitats are fully destroyed.

If the farmers change their agricultural lands into the fish ponds, it will surely leads to increased level of foot shortage.
