Jago Grahak Jago is a consumer awareness programme As part of this initiative, the gov.thas used multiple channels to create consumer awareness through Print media advertisements, Audio Campaigns, Video Campaigns,etc., are being used for consumer information and education about initiatives like Insurance Ombudsman channelRight to Consumer Education. Means the right to acquire the knowledge and skill to be an informed consumer throughout life.Ignorance of consumers, particularly of rural consumers, is mainly responsible for their exploitation.
