Dear Parents,

It is with great excitement that we invite your child to join us for our summer camp program. We have

an action-packed program lined up this year that is sure to energize your child with a strong interest in

learning and exploration. In addition to the exciting schedule of events, you can take extra comfort in

knowing that Childventures will also provide:

 Fully qualified Registered Early Childhood Educators with first-aid & CPR training

 Excellent teacher-to-child ratios: 1 teacher for every 10 children on excursions

 Enhanced support for all swimming activities

 Bus transportation fully supported by our professional staff

 Nutritious meals prepared by our professional in-house chef

We kindly ask that you review the attached information package and return the completed forms to our

office as soon as possible as space is limited and offered on a first come, first serve basis. This is a popular

program which fills up quickly.

Please note that the age limit has changed. Children who are entering JK or SK this coming September

are not eligible to attend our summer camp.

A $50 Registration Fee is required for all first time registrants and is due upon enrolment along with fees

for your child’s first week of camp. Payment for all remaining July weeks is due June 1st and payment of

all August weeks is due July 1st. Two free t-shirts are included with each registration. Additional t-shirts

may be purchased onsite during camp. For your convenience, we offer two payment options: Pre-

authorized Debit (see the enclosed form) or post-dated cheque.
