Infrasonic waves and ultrasonic waves are cannot hear human beings why?

Infrasonic referred to low frequency sound less than 20 Hz(which is our normal limit of hearing) so we cannot hear.

Ultrasonic is nothing but sound wave with frequency higher than the upper audible limit of human hearing so we cannot hear the ultrasonic sound.
