The traitor referred to here is 'Marcus Brutus'. Antony referred to him as traitor because he was Caesar's very close friend. Caesar loved Brutus dearly; he had never expected Brutus would ever be involved in any conspiracy hatched against him. However, Brutus not only was involved in the conspiracy, he also stabbed him at the Capitol along with other conspirators. When Caesar saw this, his heart broke and he died saying in Brutus's ear 'Et tu Brute'.
