The population size is increasing day by day which is a dangerous factor.The reources in the country are not much as compared to the size of population.It is not just government's duty but also our duty as citizen's of India to limit the size of our family.If we all decide to have a limited number of children,this would have a big effect in our population which will help our country achieve our econom ic goals.We all must have family planning according to our financial situation because we have to give a good upbringing to our children so that they can become good citizens of our nation.
People in villeges are not aware of the hazardous effects of overpopulation.We need to educate the people about the economic state of our country and the available resources and how can the people help by family planning.

There are many factors which can cause a shortage or depletion of resources which in turn can restrict the growth of the family and population. Some of them are:

1. Depletion of resources due to unnecessary or excessive use of the resources.

2. The non-equitable distribution of resources.

3. Erosion of the soil.

4. Mining for oil and minerals.

5. Deforestation.
