the initial temperature can be calculated

Q = m × c × Δt

Q = m × c × ( T - t)

it will depend on the energy which will help in determining the actual temperature of water

on the other hand you will require a specific heat of the water along with the energy consumed

So ... if mass = 1000g , c = 4.19 j/g°C

then initial temperature is 20°C where final temperature of water is 100°C which is the boiling point
