When the reactions in the container a and b are at the state of equilibrium and then a product and reactant are put together with equilibrium in a container C then the total number of chemical compound will be 8.

This will occur because of the reaction of N2 and H2 the product will be 2 in number.

In the similar case, H2 and D2 and also for the D2 and N2. That will mean that the total products will be 2 * 2* 2 = 8.
