To start with thing first I Love India, wish I can see India perfect and sound.

Government should build toilets in every 500 meter junctions in cities, and there should be people who should be given job as government jobs with benifits to mainaat.
There should be independent as well as government officers appointed who do a survey every month to ensure these toilets are looked after appropriately.
Every private and government work place should have mandatory Saturday and Sunday holiday but every saturday there should be a cleanliness day. Every citizen should clean his locality, this should be made mandatory.
Throwing waste on roads should be fined in the range of 5000 RS.
Every house should segragate the garbage seperately at source itself.
Government should do more advertisements to promote personal hygeine such as advertising people to:
* Brush teeth twice daily [Very Important you have only one set of originals, I can PROMISE going to doctor would be very painful someday “CARE IT LIKE GOLD”]
* Bath with soap
* Wash hands before havinng food
* Washing the body often
* Washing the hair with soap or shampoo at least once a week
* Nail Hygiene
* Foot Hygiene
* Clean toilet after using
* Washing clothes, animals around use expetially DOG
* Cutting Hair and Beard
* Cleaning things you utilize day by day such as TV Remote, Mobile Phone, Keyboard, Mouse…etc
* Keeping house clean
* Wash SOCKS AFTER every use
* Drink clean water
* Eat warm food
* Eat health food
* Also primary concern "Talk well, act well, comprehend other, have sympathy, your personall hygeine will unquestionably increment"
DOG's especially because i love dogs so much and no one gives them a bath very often, they also suffer due to dirt and fleas. Also other animals around you no bias here..
