The correct answer is - 24 hours.

INSAT-2D, similar to the INSAT-2C is an Indian communications satellite which was operated by the Indian Space Research Organisation. It was launched on June 4, 1997, but the satellite became in-operable since October 4, 1997, following a power bus anomaly and associated problems. Hence it was replaced by in-orbit satellite, ARABSAT-1C, designated as INSAT-2DT.

The 2079-kg satellite has a geocentric reference system and a geostationary regime. It circles the earth with a period of rotation of 24 hours.
