first we will maximize both rational number

 \frac{ - 5}{13} = \frac{ - 5 \times 100}{13 \times 100} = \frac{ - 500 }{1300} \\ \frac{11}{13} = \frac{11 \times 100}{13 \times 100} = \frac{1100}{1300} \\

Now you can write any 100 rational number which have numerator between -500 and 1100 and denominator 1300. like :-

 \frac{ - 499}{1300}. \frac{ - 498}{1300} ... \frac{ - 400}{1300} ... \frac{100}{1300}..or \: any \: other \: like \: these

But numerators should be between -500 and 1100 and denominator should be 1300.

hope it helps.
