Insert 4 rational numbers between (-2/3) and (- 3/8).

-2/3 x 8/8 = -16/24

-3/8 x 3/3 =-9/24
{ just multiply both numerator and denominator by same number in such a way that both the fractions get same denominator (as we got here 24) }

Now , four -five rational numbers between -16/24 and -9/24 are :
-10/24, -11/24 , -12/24,-13/24 ,-14/24,-15/24

So, therefore rational numbers between -2/3 and -3/8 are -10/24 , -11/24 , -12/24 , -13/24 , -14/24 , -15/24 ,
