let LCM of 2/5 and 3/7 is 35,
then, 2/5 × 7/7 and 3/7 ×5/5
= 14/35 and 15/35
now to get 3 rational number between 2/5 (14/35) and 3/5 (15/35) are
we have to multiply 4 (3+1) to the numerator and denominator
then, 14/35 ×4/4 and 15/35 × 4/4
= 56/140 and 60/140
hence the 3 rational numbers between 2/5 (56/140) and 3/5 (60/140) are
57/140 , 58/140 , 59/140

Heya,

2/5 & 3/7

[Take LCM]

2/5 × 7/7 & 3/7 × 5/5

=> 14/35 & 15/35

[Multiple 10 on both]

=> 140/350 & 150/350

=> Therefore,
The 3 rational numbers are :- 141/350, 142/350, 143/350

Hope my answer helps you :)
