First of all I will request to write correct question.

I will answer what I understand.

Let's find these fractions in their equivalent forms.

{(-1) × (4)} / {( 3 × 4)} = (-4)/12

{ (-2) × 4 } / { 3 × 4} = (-8)/12

Therefore three rational numbers between them are:

(-5)/12 , (-6)/12 and (-7)/12

And yes, there are infinte number of fractions between two rational numbers.
