Hope this will be helpful :

Area of garden=Side * Side

=158*158=23964m^2

Area of road=(158*4*2 )+(158*4*2)=1264+1264=1528m^2

Area of garden(remaining=Area of garden(full)-Area of road=23964-1528=22436m^2

Answer:22500m²

Step-by-step explanation:

side = 158 m

width of road = 4 m

so the side of the garden without the road = 158-4-4

= 150 m

area of remaining part = 150 × 150

= 22500 m²(ans)

hope it helped you!!
