1)setting up a hydroelectricity plan is hell lot of effort and money.
2) the ratio amount of electricity produced and the time it took is not that satisfing.
3) well government also gives this matter more consideration
4) it may be a good source but it is also dangerous to control the flow of water for a long amount of time as it may cause floods and other catastrophic incidents.. u know dams and stuff
