Inspite of the effort of the government the health situation in india is a matter of great concern.why?

Though government invest a huge sum money but this money are misutilised by the people during its implementation . There are several new diseases coming up day to day which need specialised attention wich could be done by good and well experienced doctors. The hospitals has to be improved with advanced machines and many other things.
