Trypsin is mainly activated in the pancreas and it may damage tissue as well as cause pancreatitis. The Digestive enzymes convert molecules in food as smaller units as body can absorb.

The Trypsin would convert the large and complex protein molecules into smaller and simpler molecules to the extent so that it would mainly give you the complete solution to the maximum.
