hey here is the answer

the highest elevation point on the land on earth is 8,850m

the lowest elevation point on the earth is -10,994m

difference = 8850-(-10,994)
= 8850+10994
= 19844m

answer is 19844m

hope it helps you ☺️

Concept

The result of deducting one number from another is the word difference.

Given

  • Given that There is an integer which highest  above sea level and the lowest level the highest above sea level
  • highest above sea level is represented by positive integer and the lowest term is represented by negative

Find

We need to find difference between the two elevation

Solution

The highest elevation above the sea level is 8848 meters which is positive

The lowest elevation is -10994 which is negative

Now we need to find the difference between to elevation

The difference  =  8848 - (-10994)

= 8848+10994

= 19842 meters

Hence the difference between two elevation is 19842 meters
