If (2+root5)/2 and (2-root5)/2 are the roots f a polynomial then
Sum of zeroes =2=s
Product of zeroes =(4-5)/4=p=-1/4
Quadratic eqn is
x^2 - sx+p
x^2 - 2x-1/4
Now if to make a eqn from this whose zero is 4 also
It means that x-4 is the factor of the reqd polynomial
So reqd polynomial
(x^2 - 2x-1/4)(x-4)
x^3 - 4x^2 - 2x^2 +18x-x/4+1
x^3 - 6x^2 +31x/4+1
Or
4x^3 -24x^2 +31x+4

vaishu67: okk your ans will be deleted
