interact with 5 person who wear glasses and ask then the nature of eye defect they are having and what type of lenses they are using .​

I can't really tell you the data but I can give you tips for it:

i) If someone says he cant see far away objects clearly, he is suffering from Myopia and using Concave lenses.

ii) And incase of he cannot see nearby objects, he is suffering from Hypermetropia and using Conex lenses.

iii) If both, he is using bi-focal lenses.
