hi buddy thank you for asking this question

Well, tech is changing a lot faster than the government can keep up with, but that is mainly due to the influence of money on politics. Pretty much everyone knows we need a paradigm shift in policy to provide sustainable ecological services into the future, but old money looses out in that transition, so policy is stagnant if not regressive. So yes, they are heavily interdependent but artificially so.
hope it's helps !!!
pls give it brainliest and follow me please

mitsmitu: Buddy can u give it in easy lanuguage
Mayank9432: OK give me a minute
Mayank9432: (1) nature depends upon land topography climate and does not depend on the man-made features like technology
Mayank9432: (2) Technologies developed with nature and natural resources of that place
Mayank9432: (3) Institutions developed Technology based on resources and this technology is utilised to better these resources which in turn expand these institutions for better Technology
Mayank9432: and hence nature and Technology are interlinked are interdependent with each other
