I'd suggest one of the following -
1. Experiences (preferably, inspirational or comical) -
TRUST ME, this works. Because nobody else can have that experience, but you. That's why the audience will listen.
2. Importance of Hindi as a language.
You could talk about its richness and beauty, but how its prevalence is actually fading out, and about how people these days think it's 'uncool' to be speaking the language.
3. India, as a nation.
You could talk about our diverse culture and our history. For instance, have you seen the Qaidi Number 786 speech? You could even do it that way, the poetic style. It is sure to strike a chord.
