Food Web

All living organism must eat some or the other type of food for survival. Plant makes their own food by photosynthesis process and animals depends on other animals or plants for food. In food web there are three main divisions called producers, consumers and decomposers.  The plants and algae are producers. The consumers are composed of herbivores (plant eating organisms), carnivores (animals eating organisms), omnivores (both animal and plant eating organisms). The decomposers are organisms that depends on rotten or dead organisms for food.
