International North–South Transport Corridor. The corridor of length 7200km whose purpose is to move freight between many countries like India, Iran, Afghanistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Russia, Central Asia and Europe. It is used for rail, road and ships. This was signed between Russia, India and Iran on 16th May, 2002. Other states which signed are Azerbaijan, Armenia, Kazakhstan and Belarus. Among these Azerbaijan is heavily involved in the project.
