This report is based on the interview of my grandmother who recently visited Jammu and Kashmir. She has explained about the culture and tradition of Jammu and Kashmir. From her house she took train to Delhi and from Delhi she took flight for Jammu and Kashmir. It took almost two days to reach her destination. She explained about different cultures people from different religion. People belong to Muslim, Hindu, Sikh and Buddhist. But majority of people belongs to Muslim religion. Main language is Urdu and Hindi. Their clothes are rich in embroidery that reflects their culture and tradition. People mostly wear woollen cloth because of cold weather. Most people are non-vegetarian and they eat meat and chicken. Famous food is Kashmiri Pulao. Roads and buildings are also beautiful. There are beautiful gardens and trees on both side of the road. She explained that Jammu and Kashmir is totally different form her town as there are no traffic problem and environment is fresh and beautiful.
