Me: So how is the status of our block? Can the administration promise us efficient system and sustainable development for all?

Officer: Yes, young man. The administration under my aegis aims to fulfill every single voice of the people and ensures to bring equal distribution of funds. We have also instituted a new commission which will exclusively look into the right allocation and use of budgets and funds. The commission will be responsible in maintaining expenses incurred on projects and will keep a check on the developmental projects regularly.

Me: Sir, that is wonderful. But why do you think a commission is needed exclusively for that?

Officer: Well, I understand there are other problems to tackle but comparing to other blocks, our block has the best progress and most of the funds allocated have been used in true intent. Now, we have come up with this commission so that other blocks can adopt this system too. Locals will directly engage in the projects as guardians so that no higher ups will misuse the funds.

Me: That is a great initiative. It is all thanks to officers like you who contributes so much for the society. I will surely become an officer like you when I grow up.
