IN: What do you have to say about your new business venture in Kochi, Sir?
BM: It is a logistics facility, to cater to the ever-growing logistics need of our state. The facility will come up over an area of 100,000 square feet, not very far from the Cochin Port.
IN: How would the state benefit from this venture?
BM: It will provide employment for about 6,000 people, besides encouraging several ancillary operations in and around the vicinity.
IN: When is this expected to start operation?
BM: By end of 2019.
IN: What is it, that will differentiate this business from others?
BM: Its professionalism, ease of doing business with and of course the rates will be highly competitive.
