Interview Question - Why You Left Your Previous Company
I have worked in a company for 4 months and I am going for an interview in another company. How to answer the question if they ask 'Why you left your previous company'?

There seem to be some misunderstandings.... or,
I think the organization wants to do something in one way, but I prefer something else....
The goals of the company are different from my goals... I want to do this..... But they wish something else....
I wish to progress faster than the company can provide me... I want to shift from that town.... Personal reasons...
