Here is your answer..
So let's analyze this question carefully.
It is said that there were already five people in the room. So when u enter the room it becomes 6 people. Now u have a gun, and u killed four people!
So the number of alive people in the room is another person and you which means two people!
But the interesting fact is that it is not mentioned what they did with dead bodies! So that means they were still in the room.
So we can conclude that there were 'SIX PEOPLE' even after the incident. Because it is not mentioned what happened after the shooting.
Hope it helps you.

Hey there! Thanks for the question!
Given question, There are 5 people in the room, You go into the room and kill 4 people . Now how many people are remaining?
Here, In the 5 people four of them are Already killed. So one person is remaining .
And even you are present over there.
So, The number of people alive in the room are 2 . But I feel question asks about number of people, either Alive or dead.
So eventually, there are 2 people alive and 4 dead.
Total people who are there in the room = 4 + 2 = 6 .
Therefore, We can say that 6 people remain in that room.
Hope helped! ^^
