•iron sulphate-FeSo4

•copper-cu ,valency-2 , sulphate-So4 ,valency-2

Cu+FeSo4= CuSo4+Fe

•the green color of ferrous sulphate will change to blue colour due to displacement reaction taking place

here copper being more reactive displaces sulphate from ferrous sulphate and forms copper sulphate which leads to colour change

more information

•in a displacement reaction more reactive metal displaces less reactive metal and forms a compound

•in this reaction almost all the compounds shows colour change
