multiply both the sides with 1000000

therefore, 1000000x=101100.101010........(1)

now again multiply with 100

therefore, 100000000x=10110010.101010......(2)

subtract (2)-(1)

therefore, 100000000x - 1000000 = 10110010.101010....-101100.101010.....

                    99000000x = 10008910

therefore x = 10008910/99000000

so this is the p/q form
