Is 10 × (6 – (–2)] = 10 × 6 – 10 × (–2)?

Therefore RHS=LHS

LHS:

10 × (6 – (–2)]

= 10 x ( 6 + 2)

= 10 x (8)

= 80


RHS:

10 × 6 – 10 × (–2)

= 10 ( 6 - (- 2) )

= 10 (8)

= 80


LHS = RHS => They are equal
