In an A.P a2-a1 should be equal to a3-a2
Here a1=-2.2
a2=-3.2
a3=-4.2
Therefore,a2-a1=-3.2-(-2.2)=-3.2+2.2=1
Therefore,a3-a2=-4.2-(-3.2)=-4.3+3.2=1
Therefore 1=1
a2-a1=a3-a2
Hence the following is an A.P
Therefore common difference =a2-a1=1
