No 27/8 is not a multiplicative inverses of -11/27 because after multiplying u will not get 1 in your answer

We know that the multiplicative inverse of a number is the number divided by 1 or simply the reciprocal.

Multiplicative inverse of 27/8:

1÷27/8

↪1×8/27=8/27
