Since 5 sec A = 13 (let's assume theta to be A)
sec A = 13/5 i.e. H = 13 and B = 5;
Applying Pythagoras theorem, we get P = 12 ;
Now solving the given, we get
2(12/13)-3(5/13) / 4(12/13)-9(5/13)
Rest do by yourself :)
