According to me the dance move that developed in the poor communities of Harlem is famously called "Harlem Shake".There has been a famous video on that dance move.The pop star who baught it to main stream is " Ed Shreen.
Ed Shreen is really proud to be part of it and he said that talent has no limit it can be anywhere.Innovation can start anywhere be it a dance class or poor community like Harlem but we can can find talanted people  everywhere.Nobody could have ever imaged that there could be a proper dance move based on the Harlem community.There has to be some people who could help the talanted kids to bring their talaent forward so that these kids can bring out the best dance moves forward.

The Harlem shake which was originally known as the Albee was introduced in 1981 by 'Al B' who was a resident of Harlem. Later as it spread beyond the neighbourhood it became known as the Harlem shake. In 2001, G. Dep included the Harlem shake in his music video 'Let's Get It'. Since then it has come into the mainstream.
