a question can also be without a question mark.you must use a question mark only if it is a direct question.you must have seen ,for example see,the questions which start with why,what ,which,where,when and how will absolutely have question marks. but see i case of this sentence,
"I wonder if he would go with me."
this cannot have a question mark right??so this is how it goes!!!!
