Is a solution of sugar and water homogeneous or heterogeneous? why?

Solution of water and sugar is a homogenous solution as each part of the solution content the same amount of solute and solvent.

recycling of non - biodegradable waste has become very essential these days. why?
vivek2001: Bcoz non-biodegradable waste cozes pollution.if it is required we can reduce pollution to some extent,so it should be recycled.hopefully m right!

Solution of sugar and water is homogeneous because sugar is uniformly mixed in water i.e. the ratio of sugar and water is same throughout the solution and the solution does not have any clear boundary of separation.
