In my opinion, Anger is bad not only for our health but also for our character.It makes our image very frightful in children.Nobody feels comfortable while talking with us.It makes our mind stale and our mood very bad.So, we should try to keep away from anger as much as possible because it is the greatest enemy of both health and character .
