Is any fractional number ( eg -6.1, 7.9) an integer?

mafty: hey there are fractional numbers that are integers.... example 9/3 ,8/2

No, any fractional number is not an integer. Integer are all the positive whole numbers and negative numbers(which are not fraction or decimal)
