Is baking powder acidic basic or neutral? How would you justify your answer? [Please explain why you are mentioning 'baking soda' (if you will mention it only) ]

Baking soda is basic in nature. It is widely used in food products so that's why it cant have a acidic nature. Basically sodium bicarbonate comprise of which is chemical with high PH. Thus due to this high ph it can react with other foods.
