Except bacteria, all cheek cells are eukaryotic in nature.


Eukaryotes comprise of nucleus while it is not the case with prokaryotes.


Unlike eukaryotes, prokaryote are devoid of membrane bound organelle.


As all these characteristics are found in cheek cells, they are referred to be eukaryotes.


Cheek cells are taken by police for further investigation.
