Yes , the circumference of a circle is equal to the perimeter of a circle.

What is circumference of a circle ?

=> It is the boundary of a circle which is completed when we started from the initial position and came back on that Position but this time it is final position.

What is a perimeter ?

=> It is the sum of the length of all sides.
You may say it is the boundary of the given figure.

What is a circle ?

=> It is a 2 dimensional closed figure having many radii but all are of same lengths.

In it the radius is half of the diameter and the Diameter is twice of the radius.

circumference means what?

actually it is the boundary of closed figure which is circle and any spherical things and if we start travelling a circle if we come at same point after travelling whole circle that's the. circumference.

and perimeter is. what?

it is also a boundary of closed figure and it is the sum of length of the boundary of that closed figure.
