Is citric acid is also present in tamarind and grapes? because when i was giving my practise test (at this respective site) they asked the question that which acid is present in tamarindand grapes? when i ticked on the tartaric acid they crossed it and said that critic acid is the write answer. so please help me to understand this question so that i can clear my doubt. The principal organic acids found in Grapes are Tartaric & Malic acid ,
Citric Acid is present in a very small quantity in Grapes.
In Tamarind, only Tartaric Acid is present.
