is conductivity is a reciprocal of resistivity. if yes then what is the formula of it

Yes
Conductivity = 1/ resistivity
We know,
Resistance =( resistivity×length)/ cross sectional area
therefore
resistivity= (Resistance× cross sectional area)/length
therefore
Conductivity= Length/( Resistance× cross sectional area)
