Hey here's your answer.

Cellulose is the natural monomer from which the natural fibre cotton is made. Cotton is a linear, cellulose polymer. The repeating unit in the cotton has two glucose units, called cellobiose. Cotton consists of about 5000 cellobiose units. Its degree of polymerization is thus 5000.Apr 18, 2019.
