Deforestation and Climate Change: Northern California

Deforestation: the mass clearing of trees. It’s a topic often discussed, especially in relation to tropical rainforests. But deforestation happens every day all over the world and not just in the ways people might normally think. When the word “deforestation” comes up, most likely what comes to mind are logging companies destroying the forest atmosphere. But this is not the only way deforestation happens. There are many other factors, ranging from climate change and tree migration to natural disasters such as landslides or forest fires, among others, or even tree disease or tree poachers. All of these factors can lead to the mass loss of canopy.

Human Deforestation

The most obvious place to start is with human deforestation. Why does it happen? The main reason forests are cleared is for agriculture or raising livestock. It’s a necessary evil.

Hope it helps

Answer:

Yes

Explanation:

  • The term deforestation comes from the destruction of the natural habitats of the biodiversity and the term is a necessary evil as the biological diverse countries are continuously expanding the land for there people thus they are destroying the natural balance of nature by uprooting trees for commercial purposes and not planting them for a sustainable development of the earth.
  • It's considered as a necessary evil as the man himself has created the concrete jingle and now he aims to reach the earth-like planets all due to his greed of resources that has led him to overexploitation of natural resources. Thus the mother nature will take a great toll on his future.
