No , dear .
Disability is not an obstacle for success .
The great scientist , Stephen Hawking a very big example for that .
Disability is just a mind disease and nothing.
Don't think your disability as your weaknesses.
Remove from your mind that you are a disabled .
Always be positive .
If you think positively and avoid your disability from mind , then you are able to do everything that a normal human beings does .
Hellen Keller is also a. big example .
Elevyn Glennie is also a very big example .
She was completely deaf at the age of 11 .
But she learnt to hear music by feeling it.
And she was able to produce many tunes of music than that of a normal musician .
There are many examples around us which proves the sentence true : Disability is not an obstacle for success .
So , remove from your mind that disability is also a word in our dictionary of life .

✶ No, I don't agree with the above mentioned statement in the question that, disability is an obstacle for success. These disabilities just make us a little bit weak but still, if we have courage and strength to overcome an obstacle, we can achieve anything that we want.

✶ WHAT IS DISABILITY ?

❥ It's just an inclusion and a condition which makes you feel depressed, with some sort of hopelessness which tends to disturb your mental and physical abilities.

✶ Stephen hawking is an example of this condition but he's not only the one!

✶ We can also take example of Helen Keller. Her journey has really inspired a lot of people and is still inspiring. Helen was blind and deaf in her childhood, but she didn't lose her hopes. And overcame all the obstacles that came in her life and now we know where she is today! In the hearts of millions of people as she inspired them to never give up and keep going on.

✶ There's an another amazing example for this condition, that is, Mark Inglis. He was the first double amputee to climb the summit of Mount Everest. He was stuck in a cave on the New Zealand's highest peak Mt. Cook for 13 days with his fellow climber Phil Doole. Both of them suffered frost bite due to with their legs had to be amputated. But still, he did not stop and was successful in climbing the world's highest peak, the Mount Everest. It was his ambition and he was like 【on the top of the world】 when he reached there.

✶ So, after watching all these amazing and astounding examples, we can conclude that disability is not an obstacle for success. Yes, it takes a lot of time to make your challenges into goals and achieve them. But a person who is calm and has strength (mentally and physically strong) , even in the worst conditions. No-one can stop him / her from achieving his / her goal and desires.
