in inertial frame of refrence a=o. BUT earth revolves around the sun and also rotate around its own axis so centripetal force acts on earth which keep earth to revolve around sun in a circular path and according to newton 2nd law when force acts on a body acceleration is produced so earth is non-inertial frame of refrence

For the ease of convienience we keep earth as inertial frame but actually earth is constantly under accelerated motion so it is non inertial.

In classical physics, for example, a ball dropped towards the ground does not go exactly straight down because theEarth is rotating, which means theframe of reference of an observer onEarth is not inertial.
